www.e-reprografia.com The Common European Framework for Languages The introduction by the Council of Europe of the Common European Framework for languages means that students' levels of language competence will be assessed according to the six levels defined in the Framework. These pages aim to build on the Council of Europe's downloadable documentation. The European Validation Committee has accredited the first electronic European Language Portfolio. This e-ELP, developed by EAQUALS and ALTE, can be downloaded from their website: http://www.eelp.org/eportfolio/index.html
